School Closures 

Please can we remind parents that in the event of the school being closed due to snow or other unforeseen circumstance, the following actions will be taken as soon as a decision has been made: 

Parents/carers will be notified of any school closures via School Ping.

An announcement will also be made on the school’s website. 

Please do avoid contacting the school. The school’s office staff will be incredibly busy circulating any necessary communication. If you do not receive a School Ping message, and if the website does not state the school is closed, the school will be open. School will endeavour to communicate with parents before 7:30am of the school day.

School Ping 

School Ping is the school’s main platform used to communicate with parents/carers. This can be downloaded on Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All parent/carers have login details to a School Ping account, linked to their child. If you do not have your login details, please contact the school office.

Parent Pay 

Parent Pay is the school’s cashless platform, where parents/carers can pay for school dinners and trips. Currently, there isn’t a mobile app for Parent Pay, so this must be completed via a web browser.
